Read a review in a New Yorker from a couple weeks back on an author whose name begins with a "B". He lived in Chile and Mexico was addicted to heroin. Wore glasses. Does anyone remember his name? I can't find the New Yorker and can't remember the names of his books. They sounded good and I want to get one. If anyone knows about whom I am speaking can you please tell me.
